Minimums: The minimum order to open a new account is $250.00 wholesale. The minimum re-order for established accounts is $150.00 wholesale. Payments: Payment by credit card only for first time customers. We are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you wish to establish terms with General Trading Ltd, please contact us by phone or email so that we can send you our credit application. New accounts: To open an account, please furnish a copy of your uniform sales use tax certificate or your state resale certificate. Invoicing: Your invoice, including tracking information and the suggested retail prices for each item, will be sent to you via e-mail the day the shipment leaves our warehouse. Shipments: Terms of shipments are F.O.B. Elmsford, New York. Please note: a 2.5% handling charge is added to all invoices. Shipping charges are paid by the customer. Cancellations: Should you need to cancel an order, please e-mail or fax us with your business name, business address, customer number and order number. Orders may be cancelled up to 3 business days before shipment. Refusal: If delivery of an order is refused a 20% restocking fee plus the return freight expense may be applied. Returns: Despite our quality assurance efforts, damages can occur in production or transit and order processing errors can be made. Please inspect all merchandise carefully. If there are any damages or shipping errors, notify us within 14 days of delivery by phone, e-mail or fax. Claims will be handled within 3 business days. We will provide you with an authorization number which is required for all returns. Merchandise returned without authorization may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or will not be credited.
